Our Australian, South American, and South African Wines course helps you develop your knowledge of the wines and wine regions of Australia, South Africa, New Zealand, Chile, Argentina, and more. Study the diverse styles of wines from across the Southern Hemisphere, and explore similarities and differences by acquiring a greater understanding of regional characteristics. Learn to apply your knowledge to each region, and consider how wines reflect the culture of each country. Practice the evaluative skills you need to make informed wine selections and to better understand the evolving wine industry in the regions.

Prerequisites

You must be at least 19 years of age and you must have completed our HOST 9008 Wines 1 course or our HOST 9172 Wines 1 (Online) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
