Our Apparel Construction 1 course provides you with a knowledge of garment construction through hands-on experience. Learn how to sew a skirt from a pre-cut sample using various seams, hem finishes, pockets, buttons and zippers.

Course Essentials:
You must have a sewing kit, scissors, a flat-head screwdriver and your own fashion fabric. You must bring the sewing kit, scissors and flat-head screwdriver to the first class.
Prerequisites
You must have completed our FASH 9141 Introduction to Industrial Sewing course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
