Our Teaching Classical Yoga 4 course gives you the opportunity to review and practice asanas, pranayamas and meditation in depth. Study anatomy, the immune system, the nervous system and the prevention of diseases from a yogic perspective. Learn how to integrate yoga into your life, teach a full asana class, evaluate a full class and teach yoga to special groups.

Course Essentials:

You must wear comfortable clothing during class and have your own yoga mat throughout the course.

Grade Requirements:

You must achieve a grade of C- (60%) or better to pass this course.

Prerequisites

You must have completed our GNRL 9266 Teaching Classical Yoga 3 course and our GNRL 9267 Yoga Philosophy 3 course.
