Digital Photography 3: Lighting and Composition PHOT 9066 Online Option Email to a Friend No matter how sophisticated and advanced your camera equipment, the keys to great photography remains a comprehensive understanding of light and a good sense of composition. Our Digital Photography 3: Lighting and Composition course introduces you to the fundamentals of photographic lighting and the core concepts of composition through practical in-class demonstrations and weekly exercises. This photography course also introduces you to the additional technology you have built into your camera and teaches you how to take advantage of it. Note(s) Course Delivery Method: This is normally an in-class course but will be offered temporarily online via Zoom while college buildings are closed. Session recordings will also be available for students to re-watch. Course Essentials: You will be required to have your own digital single-lens reflex (DSLR) camera. You will also need to dedicate a reasonable amount of time to coursework outside of class hours. Technical/Computer Requirements: Refer to the system requirements for Zoom. Prerequisite(s) You must have completed our PHOT 9065 Digital Photography 2: Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
