• Automation Integration and Validation ELCL 9069

    Blended Online Option

    Our Automation Integration and Validation course teaches you a unified approach to developing and troubleshooting Allen-Bradley-based automations. Learn to use the Allen-Bradley integration/development tools, to use the ladder logic handler for debugging purposes and how to set up the RSView for alarms and trends. Practice your skills by developing an automation based on a design requirement.


    Course Delivery Method:

    This is normally a course that uses a blended learning approach that incorporates both in-class and online instruction but this course will be offered temporarily online only via Blackboard Learn/Collaborate while college buildings are closed. Approximately 12 hours of the course are held via scheduled online sessions with a teacher. The remaining hours involve self-directed work.

    Course Essentials:

    You will be required to purchase the Allen-Bradley student toolkit in order to complete this course. The toolkit can be purchased at the George Brown College bookstore (either on campus or online).

    Technical/Computer Requirements:

    Refer to the basic technology requirements for Blackboard online courses.


    You must have completed our ELCL 9067 Advanced Servo Control course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
