Italian Cooking: Southern Italy HOSF 9180

Our Italian Cooking: Southern Italy course gives you the opportunity to practice the cooking techniques developed in the southern regions of Italy (including Naples, Calabria, and Sicily). Learn to prepare distinctive dishes – eggplant parmesan, cannelloni, rabbit with olives and tomato, spaghetti alla puttanesca, and more – that highlight the best ingredients from those regions.

Prerequisites

You must have completed our HOSF 9088 Culinary Arts 1 course or our HOSF 9473 Culinary Arts 1 (Online) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)

Course Essentials:

You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe), and tools to the first class.
