Our Smart Serve course provides the Smart Serve Training Program approved by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO). You are required by law to complete the AGCO-approved training if you are someone "who is involved in the sale, service or sampling of liquor, or who takes orders for liquor from customers" as explained on the AGCO website. This alcohol education course covers civil liability, the impact of various alcohol-based drinks, signs of intoxication, and techniques for identifying and managing a patron who is approaching intoxication.

Passing the course earns you an eCertificate (sent via email or downloaded from your online Smart Serve account).
