Our Residential Landlord and Tenant Law course explores the Ontario system governing the landlord and tenant relationship with respect to residential tenancies. Learn about the procedures and practices used by the Ontario Landlord and Tenant Board, which is authorized to enforce the rights and duties of both landlords and tenants.

Prerequisites

You must have completed all Term 3 Module courses in our Paralegal Program. (Approved equivalents are also acceptable.)
