Our Plumbing: Practical Applications course provides hands-on experience in joining pipes and pipe fittings. Learn about the various piping and fitting types and how they are used in typical plumbing systems for single-family dwellings. Practice measuring, cutting and joining plumbing pipe and fittings and using branch fittings for plumbing stacks, wastes and vents. Get the skills you need to work with a variety of materials (such as plastic drains, water pipe and copper pipe) as well as thread pipe and set plumbing fixtures.

Course Essentials:
You must have and wear your own CSA-approved safety footwear and protective eyewear while in shop areas.
Prerequisites
You must have completed our BLDG 9254 Mathematics for Plumbers and Pipefitters course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
