Paralegal Field Placement LAW 9057
Our Paralegal Field Placement gives you the opportunity to apply your academic knowledge in a legal work environment. Practice using your time-management and problem-solving skills as you demonstrate your ability to use legal precedents, resources and files. Learn how to prepare a resumé that meets the industry's professional standards.

This field placement can be taken simultaneously with or following the Term 6 Module courses in our Paralegal Program. For more information, attend a Paralegal Field Placement information session.
Prerequisites
You must have a minimum cumulative average of C (63%) in your previously completed Paralegal courses and you must contact the college (using the department contact information on this web page) to get permission to register for this course and to obtain a field placement manual. Anyone who registers without prior permission will be removed from the placement.
Additional Information
This field placement is only for those who started the Paralegal Program before September 2024. Anyone starting later will need to complete 240 field placement hours (new course to come).
