OntarioLearn description: This course focuses on the basic principles of nutrition therapy with an emphasis on person-centred care. A variety of conditions will be discussed including age-related changes, food allergies, heart disease, digestive disorders, and diabetes. Students will explore the nutrition recommendations, special diets and nutrition support used in the prevention and management of these and other conditions.
