Our Methods of Wine Production course helps you acquire an in-depth knowledge of the techniques and tools used in wine making while focusing on both viticulture and vinification practices. Study the production processes at each stage, and learn how these can affect the product. Your experience is enriched by visits to a vineyard and a winery.

Prerequisites

You must have applied and secured formal admission to our CAPS Certified Sommelier Program, and you must be at least 19 years of age.
