Our Lean Logistics course recognizes that, in today's competitive global economy, companies are working hard to identify and eliminate waste in their supply chains – to make them lean. This approach can lead to tremendous cost savings and improved customer service. Consider the history and development of lean manufacturing, and learn about some of the tools companies are using on their journeys to becoming lean.

You must have completed our LSCM 9001 Introduction to Supply Chain Management course.
