Our Labour Relations course explores the industrial relations field within Canada. Explore a range of topics, including the economic impact on the industrial relations system; the roles of management and labour; the impact of union actions and membership structure; the legal aspects of the industrial relations system, including employment and labour legislation; the collective bargaining and negotiation process; and the role of the grievance process and strikes. Also consider aspects of industrial relations as they function in an international setting.
