Our Inventory Management course considers the value of inventory, a very critical component of any company's supply chain management process. Learn planning and replenishment concepts, the different types of technology used in inventory management, and the differences between centralized control of inventory and decentralized control of inventory. Also explore alternative inventory management strategies and the challenges of inventory control.

You must have completed our LSCM 9001 Introduction to Supply Chain Management course.
