Our Introduction to IMS and EOC Management course teaches you about incident management system (IMS) frameworks and the role of an emergency operations centre (EOC) during a disaster. Study the five major components of an IMS (also known as an incident command system), and practice applying them in a state-of-the-art EOC using simulated events.
