
Human Resources Training and Development HRM 9035
Our Human Resources Training and Development course provides you with an understanding of the role of training and development in human resources management as well as the importance of training and development as a strategic approach to improve productivity, efficiency and effectiveness. This course in intended to help you understand and apply the steps to design, develop, and evaluate training programs.
Prerequisites
You must have completed our HRM 9038 Organizational Behaviour course and our HRM 9032 Human Resources Management course. (Approved equivalents are also acceptable.)
