Our Event Financial Management course teaches you the management principles and practices that are fundamental to achieving the goals of an event budget. Focus on policies, procedures, and planning as you learn to put principles of cost control, payment, financial reporting, and accounting into practice.
Prerequisites
You must have completed our HOST 9061 Event Program Design 1 (Online) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
