Our Employment Law course uses direct reference to various statutes to study employment law. Learn about the prosecution and defence of regulatory offences relating to employment law. Examine various employment contracts, and analyze employment law principles, wrongful dismissals, employment standards, and the practices and procedures related to workplace safety.

You must have completed all Term 2 Module courses in our Paralegal Program. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)

Teacher-led online classes use a learning management system (LMS) and videoconferencing software (which may require a camera and a microphone). Blackboard LMS access details can be found under Blackboard Requirements.
Note:

The scheduled online sessions involve live, interactive lectures, and you must have your video camera engaged throughout each class. The scheduled on-campus sessions are for tests and exams.
