Our Employment Law course uses direct reference to various statutes to study employment law. Learn about the prosecution and defence of regulatory offences relating to employment law. Examine various employment contracts, and analyze employment law principles, wrongful dismissals, employment standards, and the practices and procedures related to workplace safety.

You must have completed all Term 2 Module courses in our Paralegal Program. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
