Our Compensation and Benefits Administration course provides you with an understanding of the establishment of compensation and rewards programs within a framework of fairness and equity. Focus on the theoretical issues, processes, and practical applications involved in developing and administering a compensation system that can attract, retain, and motivate the required workforce in an organization. Specific topics include job evaluation, job pricing, labour market surveys, and salary administration features.
Prerequisites
You must have completed our HRM 9032 Human Resources Management course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
