
Clinical Practice Experience – NTI NURS 9214
Our Clinical Practice Experience – NTI course is based in a health care environment and provides you with the opportunity to synthesize prior learning with new learning. Practice applying theoretical and practical nursing knowledge to the care of patients from across the adult life span who are experiencing acute and chronic illness and their families.

Prerequisites
You must have completed any prerequisite courses listed in your personal academic plan and Continuing Education must have received clear report from ParaMed for you. To ensure Continuing Education receives a clear ParaMed report in time, you must have completed the Clinical Practice Experience Health Form, which involves medical requirements (including a valid COVID-19 vaccine), a clear vulnerable sector check, a basic life support certificate, and a mask fit test certificate. Once you have gathered all the necessary documents and officially registered and paid for this course, you must create an account and upload all documents to the ParaMed Placement Pass portal by the given deadline listed in the form. Clinical Placement Locations:
Clinical placements are provided in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). You are expected to provide your own transportation to/from clinical placements.
