Chocolate is an integral part of the dessert menu in any restaurant. Our Chocolate Desserts course helps you develop an advanced appreciation for chocolate by teaching you how to blend ingredients and techniques from different culinary traditions in order to create daring dishes with complex flavours and visual appeal.

You must have completed our HOSF 9255 Introduction to Chocolate course or our HOSF 9480 Introduction to Chocolate (Online) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
