Our Chocolate Confections course teaches you the skills that are essential to producing advanced chocolate confections in both a traditional and contemporary style. Learn to create truffles, moulded bonbons, pralines, jellies, peppermint patties, marrons glacés and more under the expert guidance of a professional chocolatier.

You must have completed our HOSF 9255 Introduction to Chocolate course or our HOSF 9480 Introduction to Chocolate (Online) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)

Allow for enough time to be screened at St. James Campus, 290 Adelaide St. E., Building C (SJC) before heading to your classroom each week. Keep in mind that classes are not operating by restaurant rules; you will not be able to taste food and must wear the provided face shield or eye goggles throughout the class.
