Our Cake Decorating 2 course helps you develop the essential skills you need to work with marzipan, pastillage, rolled fondant, and royal icing. Using different piping tips, practice creating the effect of fine lace pieces and beautiful brush embroidery. Learn to complement your specialty cake with cocoa painting, stencilling, quilting, flood work, bas-relief, and more.

Prerequisites

You must have completed our HOSF 9135 (Cake Decorating 1) course or our HOSF 9466 (Cake Decorating 1) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)

Course Essentials:

You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe), and tools to the first class.
