Alternative Dispute Resolution LAW 9046
Our Alternative Dispute Resolution course recognizes that negotiation is an important part of litigation. Learn to identify the issues that can be negotiated and those for which mediation would be suitable. Learn the mechanisms used in dispute resolution while you get the skills you need to prepare clients for negotiations.
Prerequisites
You must have completed all Term 5 Module courses in our Paralegal Program. (Approved equivalents are also acceptable.)
