Our Advocacy course explores the paralegal's role as an advocate. Study all aspects of advocacy, including court etiquette, case analysis, and client interviews. Learn about direct examination, cross-examination, and re-examination, and learn to identify the order of evidence to be called.

Prerequisites

You must have completed all Term 5 Module courses in our Paralegal Program. (Approved equivalents are also acceptable.)
