Administrative Law LAW 9050
Our Administrative Law course teaches you about administrative law practice and how it differs from regular court practice. Examine the Judicial Review Procedure Act, the Statutory Powers Procedure Act, the Charter, and human rights legislation. Explore the basic principles of administrative law, including natural justice, fairness, discretion, and substantive reviews of public decision making.
