Kathryn Christie

Kathryn Christie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a specialization in operations as well as a Master of Science degree in organizational behaviour. She is currently Head of People at Georgian, a financial technology investment company. She is responsible for the strategy and execution of core human resources, talent management, coaching, development, and performance initiatives within the organization and the portfolio companies. Previously, Kathryn worked in talent management consulting, talent acquisition, and leadership development at large matrix organizations. Kathryn is a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) as well as a featured speaker for the Society for Human Resource Management.
