George Brown Expanding to Include Daniels Building

The Waterfront Campus will soon include a new facility on Lower Jarvis St.

George Brown College is expanding its Waterfront Campus to include a new facility in the Daniels Waterfront – City of the Arts development. This facility will be located at 3 Lower Jarvis St. (at Queens Quay and Lower Jarvis St.) and will be just down the street from our Daphne Cockwell Centre for Health Sciences building at 51 Dockside Dr. (The Daniels building will become the Waterfront Campus’s Building D or WFD.) Much of the full-time School of Design will be housed in this new location starting in 2019.

For Continuing Education, that means that some classes that are currently run in our 230 Richmond St. E. (SJE) and 341 King St. E. (SJH) locations – certain drawing, cartooning, painting and/or computer courses (to be determined) – may run in the Daniels building during the winter term. (You will need to confirm the location of your class by checking the campus/room assignment on the Continuing Education website.)
