Our Fundamentals of Quality Assurance course provides an in-depth introduction to the principles and practices of quality systems (QS) in modern organizations. Drawing on the ASQ Handbook, real-world examples, and practical insights, learn about and practice applying quality concepts. Explore the key terms, concepts, and principles of QS as well as the structure and function of QS and quality assurance, the systems and processes that drive quality, and the importance and implementation of standardization. Consider the strategies used for effective training, communication, awareness, and more, and get the skills you need to develop quality plans within organizational contexts and manage variation as a core quality characteristic.

Course Essentials:
You will be required to have a copy of the ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence Handbook, Fifth Edition, which can be purchased on the ASQ website. The same book will be used for the entire Quality Assurance Program.
