Our Macarons Workshop course teaches you to make Parisian macarons with classic and contemporary fillings. Learn to make perfectly round, smooth macarons with delicious fillings that include flavoured buttercreams and ganaches. Take home an assorted package of these beautiful confections to enjoy and share.

Prerequisites

You must have completed our HOSF 9088 Culinary Arts 1 course or our HOSF 9473 Culinary Arts 1 (Online) course or our HOSF 9134 Baking Arts course or our HOSF 9461 Baking Arts (Online) course.

Additional Information

Course Essentials:

You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe), and tools to the first class.
