Our String Works course helps you develop advanced piping skills through the practice of delicate and elaborate string work techniques. Using royal icing, expand your decorating repertoire by learning to create impressive and gravity-defying Australian string work and intricate extension work.

Course Essentials:

You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.

Prerequisites

You must have completed our HOSF 9057 Cake Decorating 2 course or our HOSF 9545 Cake Decorating 2 (Online) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
