
WSET Level 1 Award in Beer HOST 9192
Our WSET Level 1 Award in Beer course is a beginner-level introduction to beer and is intended for those who have little or no prior knowledge. This beer course is designed to provide a sound but simple overview and is suitable for those starting a career in the industry or pursuing an interest in beer. Learn about the purpose of the main ingredients and production steps used to make beer; the key characteristics of specified beer styles; and the key principles involved in the pairing, storage, and service of beer and food. Get the knowledge you need to be able to answer customer queries and provide recommendations for beer service.
This course follows the curriculum of the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET). Meet the course requirements and pass the WSET Level 1 Award in Beer exam (included) to receive the WSET Level 1 Award in Beer qualification (which includes a digital certificate).
