Workplace Learning and Adult Education Program
Our Workplace Learning and Adult Education Program helps you develop the essential skills and knowledge you need to work effectively with adult learners. Geared to people already working in the teaching and training of adults, the required courses focus on the practical application of educational methodologies and are valuable complements to the specialized training you have in your area of expertise. They are relevant to anyone who delivers training, development or adult education.
This teaching and training program is recognized by the Institute for Performance and Learning (I4PL) – the association of workplace learning professionals that sets the standards for training and development in Canada – because it addresses the categories outlined in the I4PL Competencies for Training and Development Professionals. Program participants are eligible for the I4PL Emerging Professional membership.
