Our PC Technician Program is designed for those who wish to develop the skills required to build and repair a personal computer (PC) and gain entry-level knowledge in the IT field. Explore computer components, including motherboards, random access memory (RAM), hard drives and DVD drives. Practice installing both an operating system and the software typically required in a business environment into a correctly assembled and working PC, and learn troubleshooting techniques for identifying and repairing hardware and software issues. Get an understanding of the networking concepts that allow computers to share information.
