Our PC Technician Program is designed for those who wish to gain entry-level knowledge of the information technology field and to develop the skills required to build and repair a personal computer (PC). Explore computer components, including motherboards, random access memory (RAM), hard drives and DVD drives. Practice installing both an operating system and the software typically required in a business environment into a correctly assembled and working PC, and learn troubleshooting techniques for identifying and repairing hardware and software issues. Get an understanding of the networking concepts that allow computers to share information.
Once you have completed all the requirements of this program, you can request to receive a certificate of completion.
