Mixology HOST 1145

Our Mixology course teaches you how to prepare a range of standard cocktail recipes (from classic to trendy) and to develop recipes for signature cocktails. This bartending course focuses on such technical skills as stirring, shaking, building and layering. Increase your bartending and product knowledge through a series of lab demonstrations. Also study craft and service skills, including proper bar etiquette, steps of service and guest engagement.

Course Essentials:

You will be required to provide your own bartending tools, and the cost of tools is not included in the course fee. The teacher will provide a list of required tools during the first class.

Prerequisites

You must be at least 19 years of age and you must have completed our HOST 9028 Smart Serve Training (Online) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
