Our Human Resources Planning course examines the human resources (HR) planning activities that are necessary to satisfy the needs of a changing organization. Using both theory and application, this HR course reviews the evolution of management style, considers its impact and focuses on the alignment of human resources planning with an organization's overall strategy.
Course Delivery Method:
This is normally an in-class course but will be offered temporarily online via Blackboard Learn/Collaborate while college buildings are closed.

You must have completed our HRM 1031 Human Resources Management course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
