Our Human Resources Planning course examines the human resources (HR) planning activities that are necessary to satisfy the needs of changing organizations. Using both theory and application, this HR course focuses how to align HR functions, policies and practices within an organization's overall strategy. Get an introduction to various forecasting techniques (i.e., quantitative and qualitative methodologies), and complete a research paper.

Prerequisites
You must have completed our HRM 1031 Human Resources Management course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
Recommendations
You will have the most success in this course if you have already completed the other required courses in the Human Resources Management Certificate before you start this course.
