Our Business Analysis 1: Business Needs and Requirements Scope course immerses you in the practical elements of the business analyst (BA) role while focusing on problem analysis, business needs definition, and scope/user requirements. Using case studies, learn the BA techniques, methodologies, and underlying core competencies as well as how to apply the appropriate models. Get the knowledge and expertise you need to plan, elicit, analyze, communicate, validate, and manage business and user requirements in order to support the requirements delivery life cycle. This business analysis course teaches you the discipline by aligning with the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK), which is published by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA).
