Our American and Australasian Cheeses course explores the cheese produced by North America, South America, Australia and New Zealand. This cheese course helps you build a framework of knowledge about this evolving industry by giving you the opportunity to learn about relevant regional knowledge (cultural background, laws and people) as well as specialty cheese styles from these regions.

Prerequisites

You must have completed our HOSF 9342 Introduction to Cheese course or our HOSF 9479 Introduction to Cheese (Online) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
