- As a Continuing Education student, you have free access to Office 365, which allows you to create, edit and share documents and projects any time and anywhere. Office 365 gives you access to the most current versions of Microsoft Office software (like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, Publisher and Access), as well as cloud-based storage and sharing capabilities (OneDrive). Office 365 is compatible with PC or Macintosh computers and Android, iOS and Windows mobile devices.
- You can sign in to Office 365 using your student identification (ID) number and password. (Your user name will be your student ID number followed by "@georgebrown.ca" – for example, email@example.com.)
- You will receive one TB of storage/sharing space and a 50 GB mailbox. Documents are saved to a cloud-based Microsoft server that is independent from the George Brown College server.
- Visit the Help Desk at any campus Library Learning Commons to learn about all that Office 365 has to offer, or access free Office 365 online tutorials through the college's lynda.com video library.
