Our Zoning By-laws and Regulations course teaches you about zoning by-laws, zoning regulations and land use in the province of Ontario. Examine the Ontario Building Code Act and the building regulations that apply to urban and rural land development. Acquire an understanding of how land may be used, where buildings and other structures can be located, the types of buildings that are permitted (and their uses), lot sizes and dimensions, parking requirements, building heights and setbacks from the street. This zoning and regulations course is intended for building owners, land developers and environmentalists.

You must have completed our DRFT 9005 Blueprint Reading for Construction Trades 1 course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
