Our Teaching Classical Yoga 3 course teaches you how to develop mindfulness through asanas and pranayamas. Practice teaching asanas to others and performing karma yoga. Explore asana assessment, muscles and joints, movement, the digestive system and the endocrine system.

Course Essentials:

You must wear comfortable clothing during class and have your own yoga mat throughout the course.

Grade Requirements:

You must achieve a grade of C- (60%) or better to pass this course.

Prerequisites

You must have completed our GNRL 9264 Teaching Classical Yoga 2 course and our GNRL 9265 Yoga Philosophy 2 course and you must be taking our GNRL 9267 Yoga Philosophy 3 course at the same time as this course.
