OntarioLearn description: Stress can play a huge factor in our personal and professional lives. Learning to deal with it is vital for our long-term health. While stress alone doesn’t cause disease, it triggers molecular changes throughout the body that makes us more susceptible to many illnesses. In this course, students will gain an understanding of the importance of how to deal with both positive and negative stress in their lives. By using the wellness perspectives each student will gain more insight into how they can control both internal and external stressors.
