Our Service Robotics 4: Strategic and Business Implications course covers the industry applications of service robots as well as the strategic and business issues that result from their inclusion within an organization. Consider privacy and ethics as well as organizational benefits, impacts, and change management. Practice applying your knowledge by creating an implementation plan that covers the benefits, potential difficulties, potential costs, and required resources of strategically incorporating service robots into a particular organization or industry of your choice.
