Our Service Excellence course teaches you the basic principles involved in delivering excellent customer service. Acquire the skills you need to successfully upsell to customers, handle difficult patrons, identify customer needs, sell yourself and show enthusiasm in service. Through team-based learning, examine quality assurance methods for assessing the effectiveness of a service environment and develop an understanding of the importance of service recovery.
