Our RPA 1: Robotic Process Automation Strategy and Analysis course immerses you in robotic process automation (RPA) solutions while focusing on strategic analysis, the application of business analysis techniques and the approaches to define as-is versus to-be states. Learn the techniques and methodologies used to support the implementation of RPA solutions. Practice applying the appropriate techniques and models through authentic, case-based learning experience, and gain the knowledge and expertise you need to plan, elicit, analyze, communicate, validate and manage requirements to support RPA implementation.
Course Delivery Method:
This is normally an in-class course but will be offered temporarily online via Blackboard Learn/Collaborate while college buildings are closed. The teacher will send an email with further details on the first scheduled day of class.
This course includes a one-year International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) membership, which enables you to use the membership content required for this course.
