They need to be managed properly so that the original business goals and project objectives can still be met. Our Project Change Management course focuses on how to create and implement a change management plan, identify the decision makers, ensure approved changes are correctly implemented and prevent “project creep.” Learn the best change management practices of both traditional projects and agile projects. This change management course builds on the best practices for integration management as described in the PMBOK Guide.
