Our Practical Approach to Reviewing Performance course recognizes that performance reviews can be a difficult task for new managers. Learn how to write performance reviews focused on behaviour and help employees set goals that are compatible with corporate objectives. Practice giving both constructive criticism and praise, keeping employee journals and monitoring progress.
