Our Pies course helps you develop your creative potential by teaching you how to produce an assortment of pies. Learn to make pies in different styles, in a variety of flavours (lemon meringue, strawberry rhubarb crumble, quiche, chocolate peanut butter, key lime and more) and with many types of crusts (such as traditional flaky, phyllo, lattice and crumb crusts).
