Our Pharmacy Prescriptions course provides an introduction to pharmacological concepts and the basic terminology used in pharmacy. The emphasis is placed on basic human anatomy and physiology, body systems and pharmaceutical implications, drug therapy, principles of compounding and non-prescription drugs. Learn to identify the key information you need to process prescriptions accurately.

The passing grade for this course is 60% (C-).
Prerequisites
You must have completed our PHAR 9014 Pharmacy Foundations and Law (Distance Learning) course.
Recommendations
You will have the most success in this course if you already have a diploma/degree or other training in a health-related field.
